These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by MBHoch2 GmbH, doing business as The Story Weavers (“we”, “us”, “our”), located at www.story-weavers.com (“Website”), and all purchases, downloads, or use of digital educational materials offered through the Website (“Products”).

By accessing the Website or purchasing a Product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this Website or purchase our Products.

2. Eligibility & Use

Our Products are intended for purchase and use by adults (parents, educators, or legal guardians) aged 18 and over. Children may use the materials under adult supervision but may not create accounts or make purchases themselves.

3. Nature of Products – Digital & Early Access

All products sold on our Website are digital in nature and are delivered via electronic download immediately after purchase.

Some of our materials (such as the Kindergarten level and Levels 6–8) are offered under an Early Access or Beta release model. This means certain components may be incomplete or released gradually over time. Full delivery of those programs is anticipated by Summer 2026.

Purchasing an Early Access product means you accept that:

  • You are receiving partial, evolving content;

  • Future updates will be provided as development progresses;

  • The price reflects your access to in-progress materials;

  • There will be no refund, return, or exchange.

​By purchasing an Early Access or Beta product, you explicitly agree to receive incomplete digital content and waive any claims based on feature limitations, delayed delivery, or evolving functionality.

4. Licence & Intellectual Property

All products sold or provided by MBHoch2 GmbH / The Story Weavers are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-household licence to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

 You may:

Download and print materials for use within your immediate family or a single classroom, if your licence type permits.

 You may not:

Share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, upload, or post materials on any platform, website, social media group, or shared drive.

Modify, adapt, repackage, or otherwise alter the products for any purpose.

Use any content in a commercial context, including courses, tutoring programs, coaching platforms, or resale.

Any unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in:

Termination of access without refund

Legal action, including claims for damages

All intellectual property rights, including all copyrights, trademarks, and content elements, remain the sole property of MBHoch2 GmbH. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in the currency indicated on the Website. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via the approved payment gateways.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not apply retroactively.

 

6. Delivery

After completing your purchase and payment, you will receive access to your digital content through the email address and/or account you used during checkout.

For Early Access products, additional materials will be delivered automatically as they are completed.

We are not responsible for email delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses or spam filters.

 

7. Refund Policy

All purchases of digital Products are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital files, once access is provided, the content is deemed delivered and cannot be returned.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a non-refundable digital product;

  • You receive immediate access upon payment;

  • You waive any statutory withdrawal rights that may apply under applicable consumer law (including EU/EEA and Swiss law for digital content under Art. 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Website or Products at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms, abuse our systems, or infringe our intellectual property.

 

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the competent courts of the Canton of Obwalden, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MBHoch2 GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Products or Website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product.

 

11. Online Dispute Resolution (EU)

We are legally required to inform EU consumers of the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

However, we are not obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

 

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the Website or Products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
